Here’s your December 2025 roundup of what’s new in the BAM Lead Tracker.
Electronic Contracts
In addition to DocuSign and SignNow, the BAM Lead Tracker now integrates with Adobe Acrobat for electronic contracts. To use any e-contract feature, you’ll need an active account with your preferred vendor so we can connect it directly to the BAM Lead Tracker.
AI Integration Updates
Both Hatch and Sales Ape now include a dedicated section within the Lead Detail page that displays ongoing conversations between the AI representative and your customers—giving your team full visibility into every interaction.
For Hatch, we’ve also enabled the ability to pass Product Interest details directly to the AI agent. This helps guide conversations more effectively, without requiring customers to repeat what they’re interested in. This field can also be set as required, if desired.
New Email Nurture Packages
A new email nurture package is now available specifically for “Demo No Sale” customers. These campaigns include messaging around Free Water Tests, PFAS education, financing options, and more—designed to re-engage leads and drive conversions.
These updates are now available for all BAM Lead Tracker stores—but some may require activation.
