BAM Lead Tracker Updates: September 2026

We’ve built a new UTM Keyword Report in the BAM Lead Tracker. Structured similarly to the existing UTM Medium and UTM Source Reports, this new report gives account managers deeper visibility into which keyword-driven campaigns are generating leads.

Why this matters: Keyword-level tracking closes the loop between your paid search efforts and actual leads. Now you can see exactly which terms are driving results  and optimize your ad spend accordingly.

A new “Appointment to Demo %” column has been added to both the Dealership Performance Dashboard Report and the Dealership Performance Dashboard Rollup Report. This metric shows the percentage of appointments that resulted in a demo.

The column is toggled off by default and can be enabled by any user with access to the report.

(Applies only to stores with the SIRO integration.)

The BAMLT now includes a “Resync” button in the SIRO integration portion of the appointment detail page. This button allows users to pull in the latest data from the SIRO platform on demand without waiting for the next scheduled sync.

Why this matters: When reviewing a call or coaching a rep, you shouldn’t have to wait for data to catch up. The Resync button puts the latest SIRO data in your hands the moment you need it.

We’ve added lead type and lead status filters to the BAMLT search functionality. Users can now quickly filter search results by lead type or status without needing to scroll through unrelated records.

Why this matters: Finding the right lead quickly is critical when you’re working a full queue. These new filters reduce the time spent searching and keep reps focused on the leads that matter most right now.

We’ve updated the Merge Lead feature with two improvements:

  • Lead Type update on merge — Lead Type can now be updated to “Duplicate” (alongside Lead Status) when closing out the Source lead during a merge.
  • Information icons added — Info icons have been added to both the Source and Destination Lead sections to clarify exactly what is being updated during the merge process.

Why this matters: Cleaner duplicate handling means your data stays accurate and your team spends less time sorting through redundant records. The added info icons reduce confusion during a process that can be easy to get wrong.

Fixed a bug where the overlap warning was not appearing when a new appointment was scheduled during an existing one. Previously, the alert only triggered for full overlaps, allowing partial time conflicts to slip through undetected.

Even partial time overlaps now correctly alert the scheduler, preventing double-booking before it happens.
